Junior Achievement

With the support of thousands of education, business and volunteer partners, Junior achievement gives kids the tools to succeed.

Volunteer mentors from the community teach students about the importance of money management, workforce readiness and entrepreneurial thinking.

Arming today’s youth with this critical education will result in less financial instability and debt, a better-trained workforce, a more robust economy and healthier families through multiple different programs.

One of the programs is JA Biztown. JA BizTown combines in-class learning with a day-long visit to a simulated town.

This learning experience allows elementary school students to operate banks, manage restaurants, write checks, and vote for mayor.

Students are able to connect the dots between what they learn in school and the real world. M3F teamed up with Junior Achievement and sponsors the DJ booth within the Biztown.

At the M3F DJ booth, the students learn about business through hosting the DJ booth, taking paid song requests, sponsor partnerships, event planning, and giving back to the community through charitable giving.
