Free Arts

Free Arts for Abused Children of Arizona provides art therapy and mentorship to about 7,000 participants each year who have experienced some form of trauma or abuse.

The organization takes programming to foster care group homes, homeless shelters and domestic violence shelters to give children a way to express their emotions through a range of art forms from painting, poetry, music, and dance.

Free Arts teamed up with M3F in 2023 to provide a Free Arts day at the Musical Instrument Museum for three shelters for unaccompanied minors where the children could learn how to drum and got to explore the museum.
