Let’s Go Compost

Let's Go Compost is a non-profit with a mission to make composting free and accessible throughout the United States.

Their goal is to revolutionize waste management, reduce landfill waste, and combat harmful greenhouse gas emissions.

Their programs are community-led with a focus on supporting school gardens and community gardens, all working to ensure composting and free food waste drop off sites reach all, irrespective of location or income.

M3F teamed up with Let’s Go Compost in 2023 with a grant of $2,000. From 2023 to 2024, Let’s Go Compost grew from being in one school to over 100 schools across the nation.

In 2024, M3F supported Let’s Go Compost with a grant to supply 9 schools with composting materials.
